DL-2的胞外蛋白酶进行固定化,经过单因素实验优化条件得出最优固定化条件为:p H 8. 0的胞外蛋白酶溶液,25 g/L的ES-103B,45℃下反应8h。采用此最优条件下的固定化酶拆分(±)-乙酸苏合香酯制备出了e. e. p=97. 5%的(R)-1-苯乙醇(产率为45. 0%)和e. e. s=99. 2%的(S)-乙酸苏合香酯(产率为83. 9%)。该固定化酶拆分(±)-乙酸苏合香酯在重复使用8次后制备出的(R)-1-苯乙醇的e. e. p仍大于90%,且固定化胞外蛋白酶在4℃下具有较好的储存稳定性。 相似文献

The infectivity and development of four populations of Meloidogyne hapla were compared, at three temperatures, on tomato and two varieties of cucumber. A population from Canada produced few root-galls on cucumber and, except at 24 C, no larvae developed into adult females and produced egg masses. In contrast, a population with 45 chromosomes from America produced many galls on cucumber and small proportions of larvae became females and produced egg masses at 20 and 24 C. At 18 C this population produced no egg masses on cucumber, but a population from Britain and one from America with 17 chromosomes produced more egg masses at this temperature than at 20 or 24 C. Three species of Diophrys, D. peculiaris nov. spec., D. cf. scutum and D. oligothrix, isolated from the New Nagasaki Fishing Port, Nagasaki, Japan, were investigated using live observation and protargol impregnation. Diophrys peculiaris nov. spec. can be recognized by having two characteristic clusters of rod-like structures and two groups of dikinetids located on anterior dorsal portion of cell. Morphogenetic data show that this part of the life cycle basically proceeds as in congeners, except for the formation of dikinetids under the rod-like structures. In the opisthe, the origin of dikinetids under the rod-like structures is still unknown, but the old dikinetids under the rod-like structures may be retained by the proter. The Japanese population of Diophrys cf. scutum resembles other populations of D. scutum well except for moniliform macronuclear segments. Our populations of D. oligothrix correspond well with other populations in terms of general morphology and ciliary pattern, in particular the continuous dorsal kineties with loosely arranged cilia. 相似文献

Nitrogen is the major growth-limiting nutrient for marine algae. One potential source of nitrogen for marine algae is ammonium released by invertebrates. Many mid-intertidal reefs in northeastern New Zealand are dominated by a close association between the honeycomb barnacle Chamaesipho columna and an encusting brown alga Pseudolithoderma sp. Growth of Pseudolithoderma was enhanced in the presence of live C. columna, which released ammonium at a greater rate than the maximum rate of ammonium uptake by Pseudolithoderma. Algal tissue on barnacle tests had a lower C:N ratio than tissue located more than 2 cm from the nearest barnacle, suggesting the barnacle is an important source of nitrogen for the alga. The role of nutrient exchange in determining ecological patterns of species in marine communities is discussed. 相似文献

The sex ratio of the Arkansas 1 isolate of Heterodera glycines was determined in experiments in which ''Lee'' soybean was inoculated with either one or two larvae. A 3:1 male to female sex ratio was established for this isolate under the test conditions used. Summary Analysis of samples from a 15 m deep sandy bottom in the northern part of Øresund, Denmark shows that the nematode fauna comprises 2.9 million individuals per m2 down to 20 cm depth which averages of 0.40 g organic carbon. Highest densities are found in the uppermost cm. Biomass attains its highest value at 1–2 cm depth. Three results are discussed: 1) nematodes in the uppermost cm are, on average, three times smaller than those between 1–8 cm depth (60 ng org. C vs. 200 ng org. C ind. weight); 2) a distinct abundance trough is found at 8 cm depth, which correlates with the physical space occupied by the gallery of the lugworm Arenicola marina as well as with its possibly unselective feeding on the interstitial meiofauna at that depth; 3) the thiobiotic (deeper-living) species are significantly more slender than the oxybiotic (surface-dwelling) species, suggesting surface-dependent adaptations to life in oxygen poor and sulphide rich sediments where large amounts of dissolved organic matter occur. Summary Phenotypic models of selection are used to determine the effect of facultative parthenogenesis on the production of males in a spatially variable environment when (i) sex determination is under strict genetic control, and (ii) when sex may be environmentally determined. The results show that when sex is under strict genetic control and there is some chance of maturing in isolation, selection favors a female-biased sex ratio. When sex can be environmentally induced by cues which indicate high density, selection favors a mixture of genetic and environmental control, such that half the individuals always become female and the other half become females when isolated and become males when not isolated. 相似文献
